.
There are 7 annual feasts and holy days ordained by God.
You can read about them in Leviticus 23. We are to observe
them with holy convocations. These are not just empty
appointed times God decided to pick out of the blue. They
portray God's plan of salvation for mankind. The feasts and
holy days are a sign between God and His people. They
were kept by His people in the Old Testament and Jesus'
ministry was centered around the meaning of the holy days.
The early church faithfully observed the annual feasts and
holy days, and these holy days will be observed by all after
Jesus comes back to earth and sets up his kingdom, where
he is Lord of Lord and King of Kings. All these holy days are
observed from sunset to sunset since that is how God
referred to a day. More information about the Holy Days can
be found on the www.cgi.org website.
